Lawrence Renting Out Home

If you’re a Martin Lawrence fan who’s itching to feel closer to your idol comedian, you’re in luck now that his home is on the renter’s market. The catch? It will cost you a whopping $200,000 a month.

Lawrence, 47, announced in April that he and his wife Shamicka were divorcing after two years of marriage and a 15 year relationship. “Out of love and respect for one another we will continue to remain friends and raise our two beautiful daughters together,” said the couple in a joint statement.

Now, Lawrence is making moves to part ways with their sprawling 13,600 square-foot Beverly Hills estate. According to U.S. Weekly, the home has been placed on the renter’s market for $200,000 a month. With that hefty price tag, a renter will have access to 7 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms and a movie theater complete with a fully functional concession stand. Additionally, the home features a pool, spa, cabanas and a tennis court.
