Charles Rogers
Rogers, before going No. 2 to the Detroit Lions in the 2003 NFL Draft, was a unanimous All America wideout at Michigan State. However, Rogers quickly fell out of the NFL after consistently being suspended for substance abuse violations (marijuana).
