CNBC has compiled their annual list of the five best states to live in for aspiring business owners. With help from the National Association of Manufacturers and the Council on Competitiveness, the news network allotted points to states in ten categories including cost of doing business, quality of life, business friendliness and cost of living. Additionally, the states themselves were allowed to provide input. Do you live in a state where the infrastructure and work force could turn your simple idea into a booming business?
