Upon the release of his 10th album, Life is Good, Nas sat down with Vibe to discuss his creative process, and working with other artists for the album. During the interview, Nas revealed that he had intentions on collaborating with two of the most respected rappers in the game, Jay-Z and Eminem.
I wanted Eminem for a remix for “Daughters,” but he had already expressed that he’s spoken so much about his daughter throughout his career, that he had done that subject too much. And me and Jay-Z talked about doing some things, but our schedules were so crazy.
Now that we know the air is definitely clear between Jay-Z and Nas whose beef will go down in hip-hop history, it’s very possible that we’ll see the two collaborate in the near future.
