Scrappy Talks to Shay About His Child-Support Issues
While hanging out with Shay at a pool hall, Scrappy reveals that he and Erica are fighting over his lack of child support payments and her refusal to take him off child support. Scrappy tells Shay that Erica is only keeping him on child support to keep him around, and that and lies about putting up a lump sum in a bank account for their daughter. Scrappy then claims that he’s going to call in a lawyer to help him get off child support. Though Shay thinks Erica is “bogus,” she advises him not to take legal action and to settle things quietly with Erica.
