A Thursday morning head-on collision that took the lives of Juan Nelson Jr. and Michael Van Der Linden was hardly the end of the tragedy.
The Michigan state police arrived at Van Der Linden’s home in Van Buren Township Michigan, (outside of Detroit) to notify his family that Linden died while driving the wrong way on I-94, but discovered that the family members had been stabbed to death.
