Surprisingly singer Bebe Winans is a confirmed performer at this year’s 2012 Republican National Convention. The registered Democrat who performed at the 2004 Democratic National Convention, is receiving harsh criticism for his decision and recently said that Democrats were none too pleased. “I want to remind people that before any association with any party that we’re all Americans,” Winans told the Washington Post about the unpaid gig. “No matter who wins, if we don’t come together and really invest in the country we love, we’re not going to solve the problems.” Winans invitation to perform at the Democratic National Convention has since been withdrawn.
