Queen Latifah
Before landing a starring role on the 90s sitcom “Living Single,” Dana ‘Queen Latifah’ Owens was a very popular rapper. She later went on to win a Golden Globe award, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, two Image Awards, a Grammy Award, six additional Grammy nominations, an Emmy Award nomination and an Academy Award nomination. Successful transition indeed.
