Adrienne Maloof’s Mansion Sold for $20 Million
It has only been a month since Adrienne Maloof of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” put her mansion on the market. It has sold for nearly $20 million.
Maloof and her plastic surgeon husband, Paul Nassif, are divorcing. Fellow castmate’s husband, Mauricio Umansky (husband of Kyle Richards) is the listing agent and says the home sold quickly because the north Beverly Park neighborhood is a hot spot because the lots are large and the homes are new.
The buyer of the 20k sq. ft. French chateau-style estate is an an L.A. businessman. Designed by renowned architect Richard Landry, tit features eight bedroom, 11 bathrooms, a wine cellar, gym, screening room, a pool and a guest house.
Built in 2000, Ms. Maloof and Mr. Nassif bought the home eight years ago for $12.7 million, according to public records. –yvette caslin
