Anderson Cooper's Talk Show Canceled; Other Shows That Need to Be Axed

After only two seasons of Anderson Cooper’s daytime talk show, it’s been announced that it has been canceled by the networks. They tried everything from changing the set, adding unique and lively guests, but nothing could save his show. We are wondering if it had anything to do with him coming out the closet and letting the world know he was gay … hmm? Warner Brothers gave a statement and so did Cooper and we hate to see him go!

“We are extremely proud of Anderson and the show that he and the entire production team have produced. While we made significant changes to the format, set and produced it live in its second season, the series will not be coming back for a third season in a marketplace that has become increasingly difficult to break throughAnderson added, “I am very proud of the work that our terrific staff has put into launching and sustaining our show for two seasons, I am grateful to [producer] Telepictures for giving me the opportunity, and I am indebted to the audience, who have responded so positively. I look forward to doing more great shows this season, and I’m sorry we won’t be continuing, but I have truly enjoyed it”

We also have some other TV and reality shows that we think networks should swing the ax at! Check it out!
