Iyanla Vanzant’s “Fix My Life,” really went there over the weekend with the heartbreaking plight of a pastor’s wife, the cheating pastor, backstabbing in the congregation — and wait for it — a love child as proof.
First ladies everywhere vented on Twitter and Oprah screamed over the pastor’s ratchedness for having 20 mistresses.
The pastor’s wife wrote to Iyanla and asked for help; yes, Iyanla laid the smackdown on him. ‘What’s on your altar that would allow this type of behavior to go on?” Vanzant asks him. The ugly truth tumbled out: The pastor revealed that he was molested by a male member of his family and now feels empty.
