Lil Scrappy was so overjoyed by the re-election of President Barack Obama that he decided to get a tattoo to celebrate the victory. The rapper and star of “Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” recently went to a tattoo parlor and got a tattoo that featured President Obama inside of a $100 bill.
However, Lil Scrappy isn’t the only person who thought it was a good idea to get a President Obama tattoo.
