The vice president scored a lot of points with urban America when we saw him size up Republican VP nominee Paul Ryan and proceed to punk him down on the national stage with facts and his fierce country charm. President Obama, who unleashed his attack dog on Ryan and changed the complexion of the campaign back in Obama’s favor, calls Biden the “happy warrior.” That is a pretty accurate assessment.
