Theresa Randle: She had already scored a number of small roles, including Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing before she got a small role in Malcolm X. She leveraged her newfound fame to go onto bigger and better roles, including Lee’s Girl 6, her first and only starring role in a major motion picture. She also starred in Beverly Hills Cop III opposite Eddie Murphy, Bad Boys with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence and Space Jams with Michael Jordan.
