'Hitchcock' movie review

Hitchcock
Stars: Anthony Hopkins, Helen Mirren,
Scarlett Johansson, Kevin Huston

Alfred Hitchcock was the best filmmaker of his generation. And Psycho may be his most celebrated film. Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins is one of the best actors of his generation. But will Hitchcock be his most celebrated film? Fans and critics will weigh in on that one. Hitchock, the master of horror, is played here as a man obsessed with getting Psycho made, even mortgaging his own house to do so. Academy Award winner Helen Mirren portrays Hitch’s better half, Alma Reville; and Scarlett Johansson reprises the role Janet Leigh played in the original film. Hitchcock the film is not creepy, but Hitchcock the man will give you pause.
