Anita Baker
After the release of her 1994 album, Rhythm of Love, Anita Baker took a 10-year departure from music to care for her ailing foster parents, Walter and Lois Landry, through their last years of life. Anita also raised her kids and worked on her marriage, which was reportedly on the rocks.
