All eyes and ears were on Bobbi Kristina last night, Nov. 28, when she made her singing debut on an episode of her reality show, “The Houstons: On Our Own.” Although, many were expecting, or at least hoping , for Bobbi to sound like her mother, the late Whitney Houston, or her father, R&B legend Bobby Brown, Bobbi’s voice was, ahem, less than impressive.
As Bobbi sang out a few lines from her mother’s 80s anthem, “I Wanna Dance With Somebody,” for her Houston’s former find that the progeny of two of R&B’s biggest stars has a voice as nimble thin, flaccid and emotionless as a Ke$ha record or a pre-Loud Rihanna.
