A man escapes from a serial killer’s lair, only to end up being blackmailed into returning to rescue an innocent damsel in distress. Arkin (Josh Stewart) is the unlucky fellow tasked with returning to the scene of his waking nightmare for round two of a pas de deux with a twisted psychopath. The killing field is a former hotel that’s been converted into a maze of traps with death waiting just around the next corner. Or the next hallway. Or the next room. Why would Arkin put himself in harm’s way again? It turns out fear is a powerful motivator, and sometimes it’s not so much a choice of the lesser of two evils as choosing the evil one can live with.
