E! News’ Giuliana Rancic is now the proud mother of a bouncing baby boy. Before that, however, she and her husband Bill had years of difficulty getting pregnant. In 2010 after attempting in vitro fertilization, Rancic suffered a miscarriage when she was almost eight weeks pregnant. While going through in vitro for a third time in 2011, doctors discovered a lump in each of Rancic’s breast during a routine mammogram, both of which have been removed. Giuliana and Bill’s son was born this year through a gestational surrogate using their own embryo.
