As the debate rages anew about the need for gun control in America as the country picks through the emotional rubble from the Sandy Hook Elementary School bloodbath on Friday, there are multiple A-list celebrities whom have spoken out for greater control of the sale and proliferation of guns in America, particularly assault and machine guns.

Some of the listed celebs will probably shock most citizens, particularly when handguns and machine assault weapons have been featured so prominently in their movies to the point where the gun became a part of their overall Hollywood image.
