Before Lil Wayne was badly playing guitar, appearing on ESPN and launching a line of skater-wear, he was the littlest millionaire on Cash Money Records. And he guested on fellow Hot Boy B.G.’s monster hit from 1999. The hook was especially memorable and the term stuck, with everyone from Shaquille O’Neal to grandmothers in Omaha referencing “bling bling” over the next few years.
