While President Obama visited with military personnel and had Christmas dinner at Anderson Hall at a Marine Corps Base Hawaii on Dec. 24, all eyes were on first lady Michelle Obama’s tootsies! It seems as if she was trying out a new toe color while in Hawaii that really stood out! She wore a neon green toe polish to complete her black and white dress and sparkly sandals.
