Jay-Z to score 'Gatsby': 10 white movies with black soundtracks

Batman Forever

Okay, so this borderline-terrible sequel didn’t feature a soundtrack of mostly Black artists—but the ones that are included are all worth noting—and they all delivered uniformly strong work. Of course, Seal’s “Kiss From A Rose” was a huge hit (for good reason), but Brandy’s “Where Are You Now?” (penned by Lenny Kravitz), and Method Man’s woefully underrated “The Riddler,” are just as inspired–and as good as anything they were releasing on their “official” albums in the mid-90s.
