On Jan. 1, millions of people made resolutions to change their bad eating and exercise habits in the New Year. We all start off with the best of intentions, but come mid-March, motivation runs dry and our resolution to have a banging beach body by Memorial Day weekend fades. In order to succeed we must change our minds about weight loss and eating “right” entirely. For years, I vowed to lose the same 15-20 pounds, and I have consistently failed.
