The problem with New Year’s resolutions, is that so much emphasis is put on a Jan. 1 as starting point. How often do have you told yourself “I will start on Monday” and drown yourself in fatty goodness until Monday? The moment you eat a meal that is less than ideal, make the choice to do better the next meal. Don’t put it off another day!
