Most actresses know that when they’re nominated in the same category as acting icon Meryl Streep they better prepare themselves for defeat. But rising star Jennifer Lawrence beat the odds last night when she beat out Meryl for Best Actress in Comedy or Musical. Of course, Jennifer had to rub it in Meryl’s face. “What does it say???? I beat Meryl,” she said, looking at her trophy.
