Rihanna covers Complex
After taking a number of journalists on her 777 tour, Rihanna is covering Complex magazine seven times in February. Rihanna, 24, is the mag’s second cover story this year in an interview focused largely on her social media presence. An avid Instagram user, Rihanna told the mag that she uses the picture sharing site to self capture her true essence. “It’s narcissistic, but whatever—everyone does it,” she tells Complex. “I’m capturing personality… Everybody has their thing they like or don’t like to see. It’s all in your head. That’s why people take their own pictures, because it’s difficult for someone else to capture what you seek.” Also included in the interview are questions about her personal life which she clearly doesn’t appreciate, the writer noted that Rihanna left early when asked questions about Chris Brown.
In her seven different covers for the publication, Rihanna dons looks from Kiki De Montparnasse, Stella McCartney and River Island.
