Savannah White of Phoenix, Ariz. was devastated when she woke up after a dental procedure. The four-year-old’s teeth were so deteriorated, the dentist found it necessary to cap each tooth with a stainless steel crown. Her mother, Alecia, thought she was taking her daughter in for a routine procedure for four cavities but later learned the situation was worse than she imagined. Her mom says she is embarrassed and that her daughter is unhappy.
