‘The Wire’s’ Proposition Joe dead at 52: Celebs and friends react on Twitter

Actor Robert F. Chew, who is known among fans of HBO’s “The Wire”  as the gang leader Proposition Joe died of heart failure at his home in Baltimore. He was 52 years old.
