Baltimore Ravens Ray Rice‘s real estate upgrade
Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice signed a $40 million, four-year deal with the Ravens, bought his mom a new house, and then placed his old Baltimore townhome on the market for $319,000.
The modest home is located in a secure, gated community and may not be fit for a multimillionaire NFL player, but it would be more than enough for a middle-class family.
Rice’s new home is located in his hometown of New Rochelle, N.Y., and he bought it for $649,999, in late September. The New York home has four bedrooms, three baths, and a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, among other perks.
Here, we take a side-by-side look at Rice’s old home and new home.
