The DJ has always been the most important figure in hip-hop. McDonald’s recently paid tribute to the DJ and hip-hop with the 2013 Flavor Battle. Hosted by Funkmaster Flex and Necole Bitche, the finale was held at Miami Beach’s Cameo nightclub.
Celebrity judges included DJ Clue, Just Blaze, DJ Risk One and Grammy Award winning DJ Spinderella. DJ Element, DJ Arty J and DJ Jena Red faced off for a chance to win $10,000.
DJ Element walked aways as the winner of this year’s competition.
