Marques Houston files restraining order against Raz B

It’s been nothing but bad blood and trashy Internet jabs between Marques Houston and Raz B ever since the former B2K singer posted a video in 2010, accusing Houston and the group’s former manager, Chris Stokes, of molesting him and his fellow bandmates years ago. And though it’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about the feud (thankfully!), the drama has picked back up again as Houston recently filed a restraining order against Raz B.

According to TMZ, Houston filed the restraining order last month, claiming that the video “has caused me emotional distress and caused me to fear he will be violent toward himself and others.”
Houston also claims that Raz has spoken of killing himself and other people and that Raz has threatened him specifically on the Internet several times. Houston says Raz’s threats made him “fear that my life, my girlfriend’s life and the lives of my family and friends are in danger.”

A judge granted the temporary restraining order last month, requiring Raz to remain least 100 yards away from Houston. A hearing will be held later today to make the restraining order permanent.

Hopefully, this case will be settled soon, if only to prevent us from hearing or seeing any more about their over-the-top feud. Unfortunately, they’re not the only R&B singers who have beef. Check out some other feuds below. –nicholas robinson
