The six-day manhunt for accused cop killer Christopher Dorner ended violently and tragically on Tuesday night, when he was killed in a standoff with California police. And though his death is still quite fresh, his legendary story is already being talked about as a script for a hard-hitting biopic. And just who would play Dorner? Well, Anthony Anderson says he’s up for the job.
While leaving an L.A. restaurant alongside Don Cheadle and George Lopez, Anderson was stopped by TMZ and asked if he would play Dorner in a proposed biopic. Humoring the reporter, Anderson replied, “I’m always up for a good role, brotha.”
While we’re not so sure about whether Anderson was serious about taking on such a role, if he doesn’t, we know someone who definitely would. Find out who else is game for the role after the cut. –nicholas robinson
