This was suppose to be the film that made us all believe in Beyonce as an actress. How could she go wrong starring alongside Idris Elba? Although the film reached number one at the box office during the first week of its release, it never convinced us that Beyonce’s acting skills should be taken seriously. The most impressive part of the film role was that we discovered Beyonce could probably kick a– if provoked.
