The Last Dragon
During the late ’70s and early ’80s, black kids loved the kung fu films that had great fight scenes and very poor dialogue. Berry Gordy noticed that trend and produced a film featuring a black karate hero name Bruce LeRoy.
The film was cheesy at best, but it’s hard to deny the epic battle scene when Bruce LeRoy catches “The Glow” while fighting the evil Sho-Nuff. It remains a favorite to individuals who grew up during the ’80s decade.
