Tavis Smiley
Eloquent in his speech, and informative in his content, Tavis Smiley served six years as “BET Tonight’s” host. During his tenure, Smiley covered hard-hitting topics with some of the most influential professionals, celebrities and politicians in the black community. Although his departure from BET was controversial, Smiley did not have any problems finding a new home. He currently host his own show on PBS.
