This guy was one of the first breakout artists on the Ruff Ryders label in the wake of DMX’s explosion in the late ’90s. But he was quickly overshadowed by labelmates like Eve, the LOX and Swizz Beatz. With all of the fire metaphors, you’d think a satanic cult would be happy to endorse him.
