Another piece of the Beyoncé business empire involves acting in several blockbuster movies; she’s had starring roles in movies ranging from Dreamgirls to Obsessed to her newly-released biopic “Life Is But a Dream.” Beyoncé has proven that she has an incredible range, and the capacity to adapt and take advantage of opportunities as they present themselves. As part of a growing number of black power elites in Hollwood, there are bound to be many more successful brands springing from this talented young woman. –mark anderson
