Back in 2010, A Rod purchased the home for $24 million however, wanted to sell it at $38 million. The modern home on posh North Bay Road is 20,000 square feet with nine spaciouse bedrooms, a home theater, gourmet open kitchen, gym with a steam room overlooking Biscayne Bay, large closets, rooftop deck, and a 3,000-square-foot sports room. Outside the home, there’s a fabulous view of the beautiful Miami skyline that can be seen from both the infinity pool and hot tub.
