The UGK rapper and producer, like Lil Wayne, had a well-documented preference for codeine. A year-and-a-half after releasing his debut solo album, the 33 year old was found in a Los Angeles hotel room. The coroner determined his death was due to respiratory depression from an overdose of promethazine and codeine.
