Having a line at Target for a season also exposed a new generation to “the Burrows signature.” But, the high-brow took note when fashion-forward first lady Michelle Obama rocked a “sunrise yellow” Steven Burrows pantsuit last July when speaking to a group of students. “My family was overjoyed when they saw it,” Burrows gushed.
