The elder Bill Walton, Portland Trailblazers and Boston Celtics, Hall of Fame
The famed Grateful Dead fan attended the University of California-Los Angeles where he got involved in the anti-war protests and civil rights movements of the time. After finishing at UCLA, where he is lionized for his basketball exploits, Walton even went to Stanford Law School for two years, though he never graduated. He’s considered one of the premiere basketball ambassadors and color commentators, though he specializes in hyperbole.
