But as the superstar’s relationship with her father became strained (rumored to be because of his having cheated on her mother), she decided to strike out on her own. Her husband Jay-Z heads one of the most successful management companies in music, Roc Nation, so it’s safe to say that she won’t likely make any major career missteps.
