Julie Newmar
Julie Newmar, who played the tv version of “Catwoman” neighbor’s Jim Belushi, filed a $4 million lawsuit against her in 2004. Belushi, who is also an actor alleged that Newmar was falsely claiming a “campaign of harassment” in an attempt to drive him from his home. Belushi said that Newmar damaged his property by running into his fence and destroying his landscaping, was trashing his reputation around the neighborhood. He also claimed that she often blasted her music intentionally to disturb his peace. The battle of the two stars was eventually settled out of court.
