While no neighbors have sued the singer, he has been labeled ‘the neighbor from hell.’ Chris Brown’s neighbors at his West Hollywood condo have made several complaints to police and media claiming that he is constantly blasting loud music, having all night parties, racing his dogs in the hallways all hours of the day and night, and parking in the building’s handicapped spaces. Some neighbors took pictures and emailed the photos of his souped up rides parked in handicapped spaces and claimed they called police on several occasions with nothing being done. Chris denies all allegations and says that ” My neighbor also calls the parking enforcement everyday so I get a 360 dollar ticket for each of my cars. (everyday).”
