6. Eat more salmon/fatty foods. Salmon’s skin is rich in good fat. If you are allergic, do your research for nutritional equivalent.

7. Vitamin E capsules will rebuild natural moisture in your body. You can break capsules and apply sparingly to scalp as well. Make sure to wash out within a day or two of application to avoid buildup and ruining your scalp pores: crucial.
