Mothers are the matriarchs of families and are usually held in high regard; reality TV has changed that. The mothers portrayed on television are not Claire Huxtuble, they are more like Peggy Bundy. They have created a platform for themselves made out of cigarette boxes and moscato bottles. These mothers turn the heat all the way up on “hot” mess.
