Fired this past November by the Cleveland Metropolitan School District for an illegal U-turn, the former school bus driver did not act alone. His brothers, aged 50 and 54, have also been arrested in connection with the case. Castro has lived in the house located at 2207 Seymour Avenue, since 1992. He was arrested in December 1993 for disorderly conduct and plead guilty to the charge; the domestic violence charge was dismissed . He received six traffic violations, between 1995 and 2008.
