Janet Hubert has never been shy about her feud with Wendy Williams — or her contempt for her former “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” cast mate Will Smith. And though those two stars have been the focus of her vitriol over the past few years, Hubert has now added another enemy to her list, Aisha Tyler, whom she recently blasted after the talk-show host made comments about her “Fresh Prince” beef.
During a recent episode of “The Talk,” Tyler’s co-host Julie Chen read a scathing post that Hubert placed on Tyler’s Facebook page in which she blasted the talk-show host’s hair and threatened her career.
“Yo, weave woman, your comments were not appreciated. You are not funny in the least. You know some people, and so do I. Remember that. You can be replaced quicker than I was,” wrote Hubert.
“You should remember how you got your job and why you are in that chair in the first place. If you want to dish it out, you better be able to take it as well,” she continued.
Despite the threatening remarks, Tyler took the criticism in stride and claimed that she felt sorry for Hubert who seems to be “bitter” and “sad.”
“She’s obviously still very angry about something that happened more than 20 years ago, and that’s the part that I find saddest about all of this. As an adult, you move on in your life because it’s a trap to be stuck in this place of — from what I can tell — bitterness,” said Tyler.
At this point, we’d have to agree. It’s just time for Hubert to move on and let go because ultimately the world will stop talking about her “Fresh Prince” feud when she does. But this isn’t the first time a TV fight has erupted. Check out some other TV beefs below. –nicholas robinson
