The very pregnant Kim Kardashian is refusing to give up her heels during her pregnancy. Kardashian, 31, has been seen on several occassions with her swollen feet stuffed into her four to five inch heels. The stiletto-loving reality star ran errands on Thursday in a pair of sky-high Perspex® high heels. While she didn’t show any discomfort in her face as she walked with momager, Kris Jenner, her feet and ankles looked very unhappy. Maybe Kim should just give it a rest until after the baby.
